في كل عام، نختار بعناية فائقة المساحات الخارجية المرشحة التي تحتاج إلى عناية واهتمام جماعيين. باختيارها كأماكن مميزة، نحثّ المجتمع المحلي على المساهمة، والتعاون مع مبادرة "لا تترك أثرًا"، وإحداث تأثير هادف يُنعش ويحمي هذه الأماكن المميزة حيث نسترخي ونستمتع بصحبة بعضنا البعض، ونُحسّن صحتنا جسديًا ونفسيًا وعاطفيًا.

اختيرت محطة كابيتول ريف الميدانية لتكون محطة تسليط الضوء على برنامج "لا تترك أثراً" لعام 2025. سيتواجد فريق سوبارو/فريق "سوبارو/فريق لا تترك أثر " في محطة كابيتول ريف الميدانية في الفترة من 13 إلى 15 نوفمبر، حيث سيتعاون مع المضيفين والشركاء في مجموعة متنوعة من البرامج بما في ذلك مشاريع الإشراف وورش العمل والتوعية المجتمعية.

SATURDAY NOVEMBER 15:

Volunteer Stewardship Project, 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Fremont River Trail, Capitol Reef National Park (near the Gifford House)

Join Leave No Trace, the Capitol Reef Field Station, and the National Park Service for a fun and rewarding, hands-on volunteer project focused on protecting and maintaining the natural beauty of Capitol Reef National Park. Volunteers will assist with light trail maintenance, trail brushing and related restoration tasks. Volunteers will also get an introduction to Leave No Trace principles, the importance of public land stewardship, and learn how simple actions can help protect our parks for generations to come.

Important information:
– Bring water, snacks, sun protection, and dress for the weather.
– Long pants and closed-toed shoes required.
– Tools & materials provided; please bring work gloves if you have them.
– Work may entail bending, light lifting and a short walk from the meeting spot.
– Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
– Advance sign-up encouraged.
