The Butterfly Pavillion’s Out-of-School Time Program and Rosie’s Discovery Camp were designated as a Leave No Trace Gold Standard Youth Program in 2024.

Butterfly Pavilion is the first Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA)-accredited non-profit, standalone invertebrate zoo in the world and a global leader in invertebrate research, conservation, and education. Butterfly Pavilion’s Out-of-School Time Program and Rosie’s Discovery Camp are educational programs that aim to spark curiosity for science through hands-on, interactive activities, providing an engaging environment where children can discover the wonders of the natural world.
